  • All Pipelion conductive FRAS pipes are black in colour. Only one type of pipe required for all approved services.
  • Pipe contents are identified by Pipelions colour coded product identification stickers.
  • Significantly lighter than equivalent steel pipe
  • FRAS (Fire Resistant Anti Static)
  • Internal and external corrosion resistance
  • Semi-flexible to adapt to mine roof and wall contours
  • 40% less frictional losses than steel pipe
  • Long service life
  • Non toxic and environmentally friendly

  • Available in 160mm OD in various lengths to suit
  • High impact resistance
  • Recyclable at general recycling stations
  • Free of halogens or other toxic compounds
  • Available in 160mm OD in standard lengths of 10m. (other length available on request)

  • All Pipelion couplings are manufactured from steel and zinc plated to provide a long service life.
  • Pipelion pipes are compatible with the mines existing 6” steel shouldered pipe systems and hardware.
    CTO-6
  • Pipes are assembled on the ground prior to being installed to the roof using a LHD, man basket and suitable installation roller.

strap

  • Pipelion hanging straps are manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
  • Allows Pipelion pipes to be installed close to the roof allowing greater roadway clearance.
  • Hanging straps provide an effect path the earth allow dissipation of any static potential.
  • End caps riveted for maximum strength
  • Caribiner hook for secure fixing to the roof mesh
  • Tested to over 300kg
  • Inert line
  • Compressed air
  • Fire / Raw water line.
  • Pump-out line
  • Gas drainage line
  • Gas drainage standpipes
